For me it has to be 'Motor Town Dub' by Mad Professor, just such a lovely chilled-out tune.
Also Lennie Hibbert's 'Village Soul' and Pablo's 'Rider Dub'. The instrumental tracks from UB40's 'Signing Off' LP are damn fine too.

It's not dubbed out, you hear all the instruments playing together as one..Most (if not all) songs feature the horn section playing melodies over the riddim. Ruff ruff stuff!

I will listen to almost any Reggae instrumentals but particularly favour Studio One. Sugar Belly, Rhueben Alexander to name but 2 not so commonly heard.

Im not a big fan of Dub, but I rly like instrumental Early Reggae tunes with a *killer* Hammond organ, a good collection of horn instruments.
