Does anyone know or have lyrics for Hugh Mundel. This is one of the most difficult artist to find anything on.

You ask for close singers and albums who sounds as Mundell style?

GREAT roots album and close style, same the voice have something close. Everyone loving Hugh Mundell need!!! Anothers Pablo Gad are not bad albums and more, try him!
I have hear a old singer with very very close voice that Mundell/Castell but im not sure of who it was, if my brain work not bad again i believe that it was Wayne Smith. But he sing very less good...

After i know some singers having a big feeling and honey voices:

Johnny Clarke
Horace Andy
Cornell Campbell
Junior Murvin
Congos (Cedric Myton)
Junior Delahaye

and more but..

(Anyone well informed can speak about Hugh Mundell death plz? I dont know how it happened, i have hear that he was shooted for a stupid reason..

I understood Hugh Mundell was the victim of one of those typical jamaican election periods in which anyone could get shot because of political aggression.

i heard he got shot in the neck next to junior reid in hugh mundell's car because he sold a defective refridgerator to some guy. and because of that we lost on of jamaicans finest roots singers ever. what a lost
