He´s the cool ruler and his own boss. He´s free to do anything he likes.
What worries me is that he has lost his great voice over the years. THIS is sad.

True dat, he recently blew it in Lima, Peru with his wore down voice. The Wailing Souls made him look bad, but hey, amazing artist anyway for his contribution to reggae and music in general.

bwoyrough wrote:i dont know what richard prior was using, i'm sure he must of been dealing with crystal meth not coke, as freebasing isn't "difficult and dangerous" at all, apart from risk to your health of course! and it ain't flamable which is why i say Richard Prior must have been doing meth.
anyway back to Gregory, it would be nice if someone chaged the title of this thread and removed gregories name, as it only serves to give him a bad name.
Gregory is one of the best reggae artisst to have ever lived in my opinion, many of them have bad habits.
Cooking coke with baking powder ain't dangerous.

This thread sounds like a grade 6 class talking about what the slutty girl did.

which i why i suggested the author rename the title of this thread and remove gregory's name.
Going off topic:
In reply to jordan dance, it seems in the US there is apparently another form of smokable coke other than crack called freebse which is another smokable form of coke made in a different way to crack, similar process but using solvents which are highly flamable.
Learn something new everyday hey!

2/ Way of life (african museum)
3/ Warriors (African museum)
4/ Thief a man (Advance)

Personally, I think Gregory Isaacs is talking about a woman. Maybe because I'm a woman! and maybe because he's well known for being a lover. I saw him on stage last year singing that song and the way he moved, the way he danced made me think of a woman.
On the contrary, (but it's still my opinion) The song 'If you see my Mary...' is refering to smoking ganja. To tell the story shorter, I asked him 'did you see your mary', he smiled...

Leave the man alone he has every right to do as he wants all the music the man has put out he deserves better than people's gossip about how the man live his life if he wants to smoke whatever who are we to judge.
