Just an utterly splendid artist in every sense.Innumerable extra classic tracks, many very fine albums and even a few mighty dub albums like Slum..Gregory Isaacs in dub.

Mr Issacs was the very first reggae artist I heard when I was 10 years old, early eighties. The album was Private beach party. Got hooked from the on. I have got more Greg's albums than any other artist.

Very sad news indeed. Shows us how time is getting on unfortunately, it forgets no one. Many great recordings to be enjoyed though, he has certainly made his imprint on history.
