Respect. I am a huge fan of St. Croix. reggae. I am trying to find Culturellenium volume 2, released by soundvizionrecords, which is run by Batch. Does anyone have this album? Thanks.

couldn't agree more paticio, journey to jah is one of gentleman's most prestige albums, full of amazing tracks ... also, one of my favourite modern reggae albums is 'another rockaz moment' from Morgan Heritage, an adaptation of their live gig in amsterdam a few years back.. worth a look.

The top artist & singer from my point of view in Modern Roots Reggae is Luciano (born Jephter McClymont) also known as "The Messenjah".

Dave wrote:I am dissapointed at the lack of mention of modern roots music. For example, there is no mention of bands like Groundation
Groundation is american reggae, its not modern roots, it have a different vibe from modern roots.

sizzla have all kind of music in his catalogue, many people have it hard to see his music as a path and there is time to listen sizzla and there is other time when sizzla voice for fast money or when him voice on hennecy or when him voice on tour, if you take out the rubbish from his music about 8 album will left to pick the really good stuff out of that
