Well, potentially there is - it was pointed out elsewhere that the sides will be very long, some as long as 25-26 minutes, so it will be compromised soundwise...

That's really stupid of them then. They must know that today's vinyl junkies want top quality for their money. If they don't release it on CD, it's only going to be bought by hardcore collectors. And they're gonna be disappointed and be vocal about their disappointment on the internet. Result: very low sales figures. Doesn't make much sense this marketing strategy.

Hiya jp
So far I've only seen the Maytones 'Madness' listed as coming on LP but BS may issue some more of these on vinyl closer to the release date next year.
I'll certainly let you know if I see anymore.

So many great re-releases on Burning Sounds. But somehow Google can't find their website. Don't they have one? Or am I somewhat stupid or something? I'd love to see a list of their latest releases. I know I could just go to Discogs and sort by year.

I've just seen a 7" with Peter Tosh - Stepping Razor (rocksteady version) and The Wailers - Hurting Inside
Two absolutely sublime tunes imo but I'm sensing this is a bootleg, from the font the title looks like it's been quickly written on Wordpad. I mean come on... talk about taking the p.. and for £9.

There is no dedicated website, they are part of Secret Records (maybe that name explains why they're hard to find), which also has the Sunspot label (among many other things):
http://www.secretrecordslimited.com
I don't think that site is very helpful though, there are many other releases on other labels and you can't sort the content it in any logical way, and also as you can see these new releases are not listed there yet (which is something typical of many label's own pages, to be among the last to list their own stuff).

@99: Okay thanks, I'll go with discogs then. Strange how some labels operate.
@Tubbs: I'm far from being an expert, but this seems like a bootleg yes.
