Absolutely!

And not just our teeth, but also our intestines, our digestive juices and much more. I have a great article that compares physiology of animals by food type. It is crystal clear from this that we *REALLY* were designed to eat only vegetables and fruit, and we simply aren't equipped to eat meat. Hence why it is so ruinous on our health, let alone our spiritual life.

I particularly dislike the school of thought that suggest we were only able to civilise because we hunted. The reverse is the truth. We were created civilise and the turn to the hunt was the sign that we were also turning to evil.

thats correct leggo .and only a small number of the vegetarians of the world even try to uphold spiritual values.no spirituality without vegetarianism, no vegetarianism without spirituality

As we've discussed before Sean, spirituality is what the world needs the most right now. It leads to love and understanding and they are in very short supply on this globe.

But it's the way of this age, the age of Kali (quarrel).

Hello, I'm new here.

The aspect of vegetarianism in Rasta is something I strongly support. However, I am unclear as to how a full chapter on meat preparation and regulation in the old testament (Leviticus) is justified.
