Can someone jog my memory?

Can any one remember the name of the dub album that was a something like David rodigan Vs Tony Williams or Capital Radio Vs Radio London or something like that.

Always thought that was a seriously cool cover. Have heard the album which was very nice but the cover is the real gem.
