Am I right in thinking that Junior Delgado recorded Storm is Coming for lee Perry? If thats the case did he re-record it as Im sure I've heard two different version , one with more prominent keyboards?

I'm not sure about the Lee Perry cut but it came out on a US Rockers 7".
