I saw threads about UK Roots - did they release more than the "Mr. Workhard" (a real killer!) 12"?
Thanks!

Not from what I know. But I do have a recording of one of their sessions at John Peel. A really nice session too. They did two sessions and the songs on those two sessions were:

Progressive News
Natural Man
Give A Damn
Pirate
Satan
Trouble On My Mind
I Don't Want To Lose You
Sufferer

However I don't think they have been properly released.

Cornerstone (Carnastoan) were still active in the early 90s. I saw them performing. By them most members were London-based (originally from Birmingham). Led by drummer Conrad Kelly (great drummer) who went on to join Steel Pulse in the 90s.

First:
SCEPTRE - I have got the LP in my collection, nice one. Bad pressing - very thin vinyl which jumps sometimes .....
X-O-DUS is a Killer 12" - absolutely one of the best Dennis Bovell productions ever.
I have never heard anything else from them.
