Jah Observer dub tune ID

Hey everyone
I also have a tune played by Jah Observer at the Notting Hill Carnival a few years ago I would love to identify.
I've found the video on youtube and the sound is not so nice, but we could still hear the riddim and Horace Andy's voice (behind the toaster voice) at 0.31 >> 0.55
I've never heard these lyrics before, so I was wondering if anybody of you already has.
It should certainly be a duplate, but I just try my luck
