who were the Sowel Radics?

just been listening to the new Trojan dub compilation Foundation Dub,particularly like the dub by the Sowel Radics called Caution. Any info on this band, is it anything to do with the Roots Radics?

Noel "Sowel Radics" Bailey was the lead guitarist with The Roots Radics until he relocated to England, where he continued to release music as a solo artist. Sowell was replaced by lead guitarist Dwight Pinkney.
