U-Roy - Whisper a Little Prayer (Audley Rollens??)

Hi guys,
While updating my website, I came across this Explosion single again. When I google the title it comes up as 'mistitled as Hugh Roy. Should read Audley Rollens'.
Now I'm not a Hugh Roy expert at all (ahem
), but I could swear this IS in fact U-Roy making a surprisingly good attempt to sing instead of his well known DJ-ing. I'm not familiar with Audley Rollens' early 70's voice, so can't tell if it could be him.
Can anyone confirm that this is either U-Roy or Audley Rollens?
