Records with different labels on the A and B side

I was reading the liner notes that are with the "Dubble Attack - Original Pantomine DJ Collection" CD and they contain the following sentence.
"Dean Beckfords Fathers Call was the only track ever to be released on the Happy Feet label as the flip side was on the Pantomine label".
I was wondering if this occured very often as I can not recall ever owning or seeing a record where the A and B sides were on different labels.
I know Glen Brown used many imprints and only ever released in small quantities and never repressed hence no back catalogue and wondered if this had something to do with it.
So would this have been a one off by Glen Brown or has it occured with other producers?
Thanks
Dave
