hey guys I just listened to a wonderful song by the wailing souls called budwah. what does "budwah" mean???

I think you might mean "Busnah" from the Fire House Rock LP? I think it is a reference to the Biblical city of Busrah (or Bozrah), but I'm not totally sure.
