id: 1976 pre-release dub LP on Earthquake label

I was over at a friend's house who showed me a dub LP that he had bought but could not identify.
It's labelled as a pre-release from 1976, produced and arranged by Ossie Hibbert and on his Earthquake label. (From what I could gather with sound clips on the internet, I don't think it's Crueshal Dub.)
From memory, the first track is on the "Pick Up The Pieces" riddim. The second has a very short snippet of Gregory Isaacs crooning (no words, just some 'ooohs' and 'mmmms') at the end of the track. A fair amount of horns and there are a few tracks featuring a flute on the melody.
Sounds like Sly and Robbie backing (not that that narrows it down). Not sure I could describe exactly why, but to me, it has kind of a Joe Gibbs feel to it.
Any ideas on what this could be?
