Keith HUDSON: Playing It Cool LP, re issued how many times?

Anyone knows the story behind this press? I know it was reissued by BASIC REPLAY "recently", with a cover using the scan of the stamped title. But, before, was it ever repressed, or are all the actually stamped cover issues first presses?

i think its only been reissued the once by "basic replay" my copy of the original has the stamped name and title in red down the middle of the cover in large but faint type ... also has a DISC DISK JOINT RECORDING CO stamp with telephone number and "The Big J of Reggae"
