Or is it 'fire pon a moose moose tail'?

What does this mean? I've heard it in a few reggae songs.

Fire on the mouse's tail and it thinks it's a cool breeze. So basically the mouse is horrendously unaware of how awful a situation is.

dat is a secret nobody knows I guess. I guess not even Bunny himself. It sound just cool. And nobody was clever enough to ask im dat question before he die.

Is Bunny not a slang for junior, or youngest?
