gregory is one of my favorite reggae artists. his body of work is extensive and his early albums are down right classic. his later albums on island (night nurse, more gregory, and out deh) are also crucial. i don't like his later albums produced by gussie clarke but their success shows how legendary and prolific gregory isaacs is.

yeah, most of Gregory's recent prolific output is very poor, such a shame. He usually comes across like a type of singer of just average means, while his earlier material is awesome.a strange contrast in truth, isn,t it? any good bookis about Gregory? do tell me..sean
