Brain Damage Dub LP

I once saw a version of the dub album included to Dennis Bovell's *Brain Damage* that featured alternative cover art. It was released in Finland (I think) and had the cover art from this disco;

Anyone that has it or knows which pressing I'm talking about? Would love to know more about it.
