Dub Conference - Reissue?

Has Dub Conference (Dennis Bovell & Winston Edwards) ever been reissued? I know there are two releases. One on Studio 16 and the other on Celluloid. Has either of them been reissued? Thinking on the Strike LP that was reissued once in the 90's on Studio 16. Perhaps Dub Conference was too?
