greetings all !

i wanted to know about the eek a mouse "noah's ark" repress on jah guidance label, is it normal that i have the version of the tune "jacqueling - hugh mundell" on the B side?
does that happens often, i belive it is a pressing error !?
do i have to buy it again to get the proper version or there is no ?

give thanks

Yes, unfortunately this is common among 7" represses. It seems too frequent to be error in pressing IMO, but I don't know. I've learned to stay away from these until I've made sure I'll get what I expect. One indication of an iffy b-side is if the record store hasn't mentioned exactly what it is, or just says "version"...

Yes, happens all the time. I've seen the version vary between different copies of the same vocal side. So, I wouldn't keep buying the same repress, hoping to get the corresponding version, unless there is a sound sample of the actual record they are selling you.

I boycot the represses on the Arab label. Don't know if any of them have a proper/corresponding dub. Either they are total fools or think we are. Plus, they are some of the worst quality pressings around, a side and/or b. Does anyone know who is responsible for such bad business?
