Keeling Beckford - Combination LP

This appears to be a nice one released on his 12 star label. Missed it once on Ebay. I have been looking everywhere but no luck. Anyone who can help?
Saw it on ebay a couple of times during the years.. maybe 3, 4 times. A rare piece ( some 12"es on the same label show up much more often.. ) I personally don't rate it very high.. average stuff imo. Some 12 inches he did are much better imo..
there was a short clip on youtube with him singing/rapping in his store (I guess recorded in the mid 1980s) can't find it anymore..
