What do you call his style ? toastng or dj I am not sure how you label this type of artist. But his track Chalice in the Palace is crucial, what song is he rambling over?

Its Queen Majesty. But don't know how did the original. Possibly from the Duke Reid era. Many have covered that tune though.

Is 'Woman Of Sumeria' by Ranking Joe the track U-Roy is toasting over for Runaway Girl? I really would like to get hold of that track if it is the case.

Not exactly no. The Ranking Joe track is just on the same riddim.
I haven't yet found the original to this song yet.

The original song to "Runaway Girl" (1975, produced by Tony Robinson) is "Just Another Girl".
Ken Boothe did it for Studio One (1969), but that is not the version used by U-Roy.
It may be the recording by Barrington Spence (1975)...?
