i ordered two 45s over a month ago and they haven't yet arrived. i've emailed twice to inquire on the status of the order and have received no reply. given the mail tracking function they have doesn't actually provide any information other than when they shipped the parcel, it's not much help.

has anyone had good/bad/average runnings with them? the pkg was apparently shipped very promptly but it's been about 5 weeks and nothing received. a bit frustrated.

i take sometimes records in jah waggys togheter with a friend..and never have problem....

thanks gaspar, that is encouraging. how have they been with responding to emails? i cannot get a response from them. regardless, hopefully the pkg is hung up in the mail and will arrive soon.

About one year ago I bought a few singles from Waggy's (the only time I've ordered from them) and they arrived in a timely manner (within 2 weeks). And my email/question about shipping costs was answered quickly. Hope it's just a little hang up in the mail like you say.

to put this thread to bed....received my pkg yesterday, so all is well. took 6 weeks (!) to reach USA from UK, which i've never experienced in 10+ years of online buying. so jah waggy's is cool with me, just wish they had replied to my emails.....!!

You could just contacted them or the owners on facebook.. they are easy to reach..
If I order something from Jamaica (I live in Europe) it standard takes over a month....usually about 5 weeks.

didn't even think of contacting them on Facebook, a good point but i expect businesses to communicate via email, since that's how i submitted my order anyway, etc etc. pkgs from JA definitely take a long time, i've gotten pkgs after 5-6 months before from JA. but this was UK > USA, shouldn't be anything close to 6 weeks. 2-3 weeks is common, even 4 weeks is possible on occasion (i live east coast USA too, so quicker than some places).

i am not saying that the delay in delivery was at all Jah Waggy's fault, they can't control the speed of delivery, i'm just pointing out that it is unusual. however, they should answer their email, any proprieter should. that's what i mean.

I use these guys a lot and I must say they are awesome. I did use to order and have em shipped on the post office to me in france - but it was slow - the post office in uk is not good i think. they offer shipments via DHL and I get my parcels in 2 days never a problem - bit more in shipping but worth it for my dances.

just spent €400 on their today big tunes and they always have them in stock. love em
