Hi guys,
Here's a 3 minute video I shot and edited over the weekend for a friend's neighborhood Jerk Chicken spot in Boston, MA, USA. I am quite proud of it. Hope you like it!

very nicely edited, and instructive, I love chicken and I tasted once inna jamaican style and love it!! By the way, thanks for the subtitles, although I can't get the meaning of jerk in this particular case, and google translator confuses me even more! Sure its a simple thing but I dont get it

Reggae Rhythm Update; Also. The clip was very interesting. I've been a vegetarian for 12 years now and I've tried to do Jerk tofu/seitan several times but never managed to do to it satisfactory. The clip inspired me to try again. It is grill season after all.

Thank you for your comments on the video! Abey, you are very welcome for the subtitles. My wife is hard of hearing and subtitles always help her, so I like to add them whenever I can. It takes extra effort to transcribe, but I know it is helpful to lots of different people for different reasons.
I think my friend "Big Don" had a very successful run with his jerk chicken business over the summer!
