Who was in this group? I can't find any info except that Devon Russell sang lead for a period of time.

In an interview over at reggae-vibes.com Al Campbell names Hubert Brooks as founder of Cultural Roots:

http://www.reggae-vibes.com/concert/alc ... mpbell.htm

Also read an article about Wade Dyce, seems like he stayed with Cultural Roots for four albums at least, the last being "Money Sex and Violence":

http://www.wickedlocal.com/newburyport/ ... z27xCvOaqW

jj you say he was on "Revolutionary Sounds", so either he missed out on one of the other LPs or he counted wrong, because there are at least five LPs plus one dub LP: 1."Revolutionary Sounds", 2. "Cultural Roots Dub", 3. "Drift Away From Evil", 4. "Hell A Go Pop", 5. "Pretty Woman" (?), 6. "Running Back To Me", 7. "Rougher Yet", 8."Money, Sex & Violence".

According to the cover scan on Discogs the last one is with Dyce, Russel and Grandson on vocals but without Brooks.

Does anyone knwo if the "Pretty Woman" set listed here on RA is a compilation or an album?

I regularly see revolutionary sounds in dub described as "one of the best dub albums ever" and it always fetches high prices on ebay. How to RA members rate it and was it ever issued on cd?

Never been reissied period, as far as i know Dubbaddikt. I've always thought it would make an excellent reissue with maybe the vocal & the dub albums compiled onto one CD.
But then again i've been waiting decades for the Viceroys & Morwells albums to be reissued so i don't hold out much hope.
I suspect that any future reissues would involve mp3's or some kind of downloadable format.
