Mikey Dread- Roots and Culture Riddim (Jungle Signal)

it sounds a bit like the gunman riddim sort of, but not totally. are there other artists on the same exact riddim as the Jungle Signal riddim as the Dread at the Control's "Roots and Culture" song? Has this particular riddim ever been labeled as a different name in the past, using the same bassline?
