Algoriddim has it listed as Why Did You Leave Me by Barrington Levy

Yep, it's "Why Did You Leave Me". Whatch out for Barrington Levy's "Robbin Hood", most of the other versions on Heavy Weight Dub Champion are taken from that LP too.
