It doesn't have any of that harmonica which I find a little annoying. It also has a pretty good dub by Prince Jammy. Unfortunately it's not that easy to find and I sold my copy because now I'm a poor college student, but I still have the 1 minute sound samples I put in the auction on my Divshare which I will post links to. I think I still have the complete A and B side in digital format, but that would be at my mom's house in another state.
