Play time of Busty's I love you madly?

I have 2 different running times for Busty Brown's cover of the Fantastic Four's "I love you madly". The first is on Trojan's motor city box set (3:06), and the second one is on Best of Lloyd Charmer's (3:26). The rhythm on the first and shorter one sounds nice, but the second and longer one sounds much more like Busty's voice. Antone know which one is truer to the original release?
