Reggae song in a movie

In American Ninja 2: the confrontation there is a Reggae song playing really early in the movie right after the opening credits. It only plays for a little while. Anyone know what it is and by who???(It's when their at a bar called "the blind beggars bar")you can see this on you tube.

Sounds like a decent track. But the speakers here in the office really suck.

a dang! I know someone out there's gotta know this song!! It does sound like a really decent track. Thanks guys for helping tho. Yeah a lot of unintentional comedy in this movies all the way through lol

Did a search for the soundtrack and there's a song listed on there called "Tell About Mary" by an artist called Johnny Q.
Sounds like that's the one you're looking for.
The guy singing doesn't aound Jamaican to me, possibly American but I may be wrong.
