Who is it toasting on the song Dangerous Soundboy on this album by Dillinger

Don't know about the LP / CD version but Dillinger/Dellinger is the Deejay on the original Jamaican 7" on Jackpot, produced by Bunny Lee:
(A) "King Tubbys Special Mix" - Augustus Pablo & King Tubbys
(B) "Dangerous Sound Boy" - Dellinger & Augustus Pablo

This Jackpot 7" was released mid (?) 90's, if I remember correctly.
The riddim is a 70's Studio One riddim (I'm Just a Guy by Alton Ellis).
You can tell from the lyrics that this Dillinger cut was voiced later.

It's Dillinger no doubt. As Ron said above, a 90's cut on that CD.

Alright thanks y'all. I have some new stuff with Dillinger from the 90's maybe and it doesn't sound like him but then again what do i know
