The re-issue LP sleeve I have says Soul Syndicate.
Roots Archive has Black Roots & this information:
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/2366
Who should be credited for this album?

I'm begining to think so too ahwhoseh.
Yes Max, the artists on that link match what is on the back of my Dubwise LP sleeve.
They also added Fully Fullwood of Syndicate fame.
Collaboration/back-up players then?
Thanks for that link by the way, was unaware of the original by Minott.

Right Papa Ahmz...
When I bought the LP it was in the Soul Syndicate section at the shop.
When I looked it up on Roots Archives I couldn't find it cause it was listed under Black Roots.
Yes the album is on the Black Roots 'label' but Black Roots is 'NOT' mentioned anywhere on the sleeve.
They do however mention Soul Syndicate as Max stated...and also Youth Promotion Band.
Thanks for all the responses...
Sorry to disect the subject so much, just trying to learn and also file this album properly into my collection.

Surely the Artists are those mentioned ont he original version, the vocal version on Trojan ? (absolute killa Sugar Minott stuff)
Whatever, if anyone has the original press of Dubwise in reasonable, or even excellent condition then I would be VERY VERY interested to re-aquire it - it remains one of my very favourite LPs, both for the music and the brilliant cover pic of someone preparing some collie weed for smoking!
I have it on CD, but CD isn't vinyl...
