What is this kublicon he is repeating over and over again?
any of yu know?

Can't listen know but Cublicon reads as it perhaps should be Kublai Khan? The mongolian conqueror.

the song is about a certain Kulbi Con, according to Dillinger it a con man/samfie man.. and the leader of the Ku Klux Klan?????

and i agree with Kalcadis, he is most likely named after Kublai Kahn.

okay well after listening to it it does sound like kublai khan.
But can you see any reason why he would refer to this guy? i mean i didnt know about him, it doesnt strike me as a strong historical figure, like genghis for example (but may be i am wrong)

Kublai Khan is indeed well known. There's a famous Coleridge poem that references him
