Who is the singer for time Unlimited ? My friend told me, but i can't remember, though i remember it was a big artist.

No album but you can find some tracks on Junior Delgado's 'Sons of Slaves' on Trojan.

Glasford Manning also sang lead on some tracks.
There are 2 tracks on Lee Perry
CUTTING RAZOR:RARE TRACKS FROM THE BLACK ARK ..Heartbeat 1161-7753-2
They also recorded 3 tracks for RUPIE EDWARDS as the Heavenly Singers and did 2 tracks for Tommy Cowan that were never released as with the bulk of their Black Ark recording

very late respond to this question but there is an album called "Devils Angel" released in 1984 and its worthy to look for
