Has this 12" ever been reissued? Also, can anyone out there who definitely has the original please provide matrices? I've run into a problem on discogs selling what I thought was the original press but the buyer, whom I have no reason to doubt, is claiming it is a repress as signified by "MPO" in the runout groove.

I see a copy recently sold on ebay listed as an original by the Tuff Scout guys and that one had MPO in the matrix. I am very confused. :/

Edit: The buyer is also saying the MPO in the matrix signifies a French repress. I was not aware of any French Wackies represses? If the copy I sold was indeed a repress the labels appear to be exactly the same i.e. no "wackies.de" or anything like that.

no re as far as i know had it on yellow label with dean st uk address which was Daddy kools around 1980.

I bought mine back in the 80s it has MPO in the run out groove, so does some other releases i bought from that period, at least i checked Wayne Jarret Youthman, and Jezreel I Put My Trust. At the time a lot of Wackies releases were distributed out of Wackies UK branch so its possible they were manufactured in Europe. They all have that Distribution info on them, Wackies NY Bronx, Wackies UK Dean St, Youth Promotion JA, which i dont think the German releases included on thier labels.

It's the early eighties British release manufactured by MPO, a lot of ON-U LPs were also pressed by MPO, they were quite a cheap plant, but still decent pressings.

Awesome. Thanks for the knowledge marcus, dehugo, and Dubmart. Love this place. MPO stands for the pressing plant Moulages et Plastiques de l'Ouest so it was in fact pressed in France, just not released there.
