It was also nice to see PS re-release Joe Higg's "Unity Is Power" with bonus tracks.

Confession time, after saying I didn't really rate Joe higgs, I bought this in the end and I really like it, not really sure why I got rid of it before
Special mention for planet earth and planet mars mighty diamonds too, great 're-release

REMINISCE by Vibes
Strictly speaking this isn't a re-issue, but the album was released on Bristol Archive Records in 2013 when the raw tracks (recorded over three years in the early 90s, I think) were finally finished. I've just discovered this album, and to my ear it's an absolute gem. Mostly roots, a little lovers, some great dubs. A variety that holds together as an album. The centerpiece, "We Must Go Home (Jah Jah Children)," reminds me of Bim Sherman's work with Singers & Players, but a little mellower. (Maybe it got overlooked in part because the band name and album name are a little uninspired.)
Check it out.

("Sell Out" and dub are also outstanding, even tho the soundclips on amazon don't do them justice.)
