Party Time disappoint the I, especially after I-man see the Heptones with Scratch in the documentary Roots Rock Reggae, singin Play On, Mr. Music.
I-man think that it Scratch who does production on Heptones' "Scandal" from 1979, anyone know?

No I don't know dat song. But I think the heptones Party Time is really great.
But if you mention lee perry productions I must mention the wonderful 12" Version Vampire by Devon Irons featr. Doctor Alimantado or Debra Keese "Travelling". Beautiful.
