I'm looking for an old school reggae song i heard on the radio and wasn't able to ID.

The chorus lyric is a guy singling 'Once there was a bad, bad man' - that's all i remember!

the only song that i can relate to something about "bad bad man" is this song by i roy called "screwface" but i think its based in a well used lyrics by many types of artists
