How to convert - M3U files ?

I have these tracks that are on M3U files, and I am not able to transfer to a cd, Does anyone know how to make them MP3 or any other files so that I can put them on a cd ?

Not possible cause the m3u files are not sound files, they are just a shortcut sorta for find a mp3 adress in your pc or in a site.
But you can do it:
Play one with your media player and save the music in same time in a data key by exemple, it will convert the sound in mp3 automaticaly...

The M3U files do play on Windows Media Player but it still won't let me burn to CD-R, How do save the music in a data key ?
