so, of all reggae styles over the decades, the one that i like the most is the early deejay sounds

i think i reached the end of the information available on internet the easy way. and i think i can only find more rare dj sounds from peoples knowledge.

i really could use some info on more deejays that i never heard before, and it would make it really fresh for me

so im gonna list the ones that i already appreciate and if you know were i can find more new stuff please, share

count machuki
king stitt
lizzy
scotty
carey johnson
winston williams
shorty the president
sir lord comic
sir harry
king horror
dice the boss
blake boy
dave barker
jazzbo
alcapone
u roy

so again, early reggae, rocksteady and some ska tunes are welcome
is there anymore creams of the crops like those i listed?

thanks

Hi, you might like the Studio 1 Compilation album : Battle of the DJs - Dance Hall Style ( SO LP 1001 ). Hard to get a nice copy, but great tunes and toasting.
And, not so old but one of my favs too : Charlie Chaplin - King Stur-Gav Live at Clarendon.
