DJ called Papa Ritchie

On the Alton Ellis "Mr Soul of Jamaica" two disc CD there are a collection of bonus extended mixes on the 2nd disc.
The first one "Breaking Up" features a DJ called Papa Ritchie doing a song called "Phantom" which is really good.
I have never heard of this DJ and wondered if anyone can tell me anything about him and any other tracks he is featured on.
Also was wondering if infact he was a known DJ using a pseudonym.
