Was Tosh's LEgalize IT released on Intel Diplo first?

Just found a very early-looking copy of Tosh's "leagalize It" on intel diplo. Looking like the first JA press and wondering...matrix is PT-177-A and the mix is LOUD.

Also caught what I think is the first pressing of "Catch a Fire" on the red Tuff Gong label (witht the guy hitting the gong). Must love my city where you can peruse through a rock stores' generic reggae section and find OG Wailers material on the cheap.

i don't believe so. peter has a reputation of sort of bootlegging himself for extra money.

Apparently you're wrong - this is the first press and is not an easy find. My friend is quite an ID/record expert (thanked on page XXVII of Roger Steffens/Leroy Jodie Pierson Definitive Wailers Discography as Greg Lawson), and has told me as such.

It's the earlier Intel Diplo label with Intel at the Top and Diplo at the bottom.
