Well... a lot of records are very hidden in
collector´s collections. All those who wants to know more about reggae cannot find the rare
tunes inna store. The collectors are transforming vynil sound to MP3, and sharing with the world.
But, some people says that it´s illegal, and the artists could not receive any payment.

And you, What do you think about the MP3 technology in the reggae music?
It´s good? Its´s Bad? Why?

Grettings from Brazil.

Many artists never got proper payment for the work when it was made on vinyl, so no change then if the MP3s don't benefit them either.

I hate MP3, horrible sound murdering the warmth of the original vinyl. But at least it does enable many who can't afford vinyl or a Hi-Fi to get a listen to the tunes.

Yes it's illegal, but so was home taping in the 70s but we all did it. And despite the record company claimns then it didn't kill music. And neither will MP3 and illegal downloads.

The only thing that kills music is greedy record company executives and their brainless, tasteless strategies of manufacturing bands to produce crap music for the brainwashed massive.
