Waiting for my Ya Ya- Prince Buster prod?

I've got a blank label 45 with "Judge Dread" on one side, the other side is "Waiting for My Ya Ya". It has "Delroy" hand written on the label, but I didn't think he ever recorded for Buster...am I crazy? Anyone know anything about this tune?
