New Groundation Album - "Upon the Bridge"

Post by Willie-Roots »

Just to let Know the Roots Archives Massive what's new:

A lot has been going on since the last update. We are all very excited for
the release of the newest Groundation album Upon the Bridge due out October
17th. It is a great honor to announce that Pablo Moses and IJahman Levi lend
their beautiful voices to several tracks on this album. In the meantime the
website is constantly being updated and starting October 1st the first
single Mighty Souls will be available to listen on our MySpace page
(http://www.myspace.com/groundation)

Also October 1st preorder begins. Visit http://www.groundation.com for more
info. In order to support the album we will be on the road through
December. We need some help in the US with promotions. If anyone can help
hanging posters and spreading the word please e-mail Bob Slayton at
onelove@humboldt.net

Thank you to everyone.

Love and Blessings always,
Groundation

Why is this off topic? Are you the moderator Simon? Posts like this are good information for me. I didn't know about Groundation coming out with a new one and collaborating with Ijahman and Pablo Moses. Look forward to that one for sure!! Thanks for the info Willie-Roots

Hi,

Surely Roots ARCHIVES says what this site is about. Maybe when these newly releases albums reach a certain age they should be included within this section of the forum which primarily deals with music 1970 - 1985.

I also don`t think threads about newly recorded music should sit in the off topic section either, as after all, they are still discussing the music.

Maybe there should be a discussion section set up within the site for people who wish to talk about todays artists and recorded material.

I personally like discussing the older pre digital music from the 70`s / early 80`s as that is my taste and that is why I use this site.

Respect

Dave

yeah but just check what groundation are doing..they don't make modern roots..it is like very classic roots..and they work with roots musicians like big favourites of mine...don carlos, albert craig, cedric myton, pablo moses, ijahman, ras michael and many more..i don't think that tis topic belong to the off topic

one love rasta

I agree about groundation i think there are very good in all ways possible and about if this threat must be in OFF TOPIC is sely this forum is channel to express any doub or make any comment about new and old reggae music.
i consider myself off topic buy or sell lp or casino or seeking members of any band....
also groundation is a new roots reggae band ala old school and must be very troustfull his believes in jah rastafari because artist like don carlos, apple, pablo moses and ultraorthodox ijahman colaborated with this band...
