Well. There are a lot of dubs out there that are of unreleased vocals. This one could very well be one.

Well Dubbys can't help you with the vocalist on this one unfortunately.
I have some other info tho':
The title of this track 'Burial Dub' was swapped with the title of the track 'Mi Ital Dub' on the album.
If you listen back you'll hear the 'Burial' riddim on 'Mi Ital Dub'.
Perhaps you'll have more luck seeking out songs with Mi
Ital in the title or lyrics?

Its astonishing that muscians and producers can make such a crucial tune and not remember anything about it!! the depth of it all.

that's probably because
a) they have recorded and / or produced thousands of songs
b) the recording session you are asking about was probably 35 years ago and
c) they personally don't find this particular track so crucial...
