I want deseperatly who sing on this crazy Sly Dunbar music in a version, its himself?? I have list it far ago and cant remember, maybe is dennis Brown singing on?
You can list this track without singer in the compilation "hit bound: the revolutionaryy sound of channel one" or in a Sly Dunbar album "simple Sly man" i believe too... The version where one guy sing on is a great one with althea & Donna chorus!!!
thx

Sly Dunbar's 'A Who Say' is based on the Ernest Wilson's original 'I Know Myself' (Channel 1). The Beres is a later version on the rhythm, as are the other tracks listed.
I was surprised to find Harmony House information at smokeyroom. Keep up the good works Ron!

hi fabroots
that tune also drove me crazy the first time i heard ernest wilson singing it with his soulful,heart-wrenching delivery
i would love to have the"hit bound revolutionary sound"on which it is featured.great singer ,but really overlooked in the history of jamaican music.he is like the likes of jackie edwards to me
