Do you know any non-rastafarian reggae musicians?

The only one i can think of is UB40 and Yabby You is still a Rastafari although he sees jesus as the messiah instead of Jah Rastafari Haile I Selassie I.

Thats pretty strange. Almost all of the other deejays and singjays in the early 80's weree rastafari's. Didnt know about Jimmy Cliff either.

don't know for sure, but these musicians don't strike me as rastas:
toots
yellowman
toyan
slim smith
scientist
prince jammy
ken boothe
king tubby
johnny nash
gregory isaacs
general echo
delroy wilson
bob andy
barrington levy
and
ras michael (haha ... just kidding)
but seriously, i really don't know about the above musicians. it's just my hunch. if i am wrong about anyone, please correct me.

There are many, many, many non-rastas.
Its ignorant to think reggae is strictly rastafarian music.

Thanks alot mick d! I'll search on them and write back if i find something out. Ras Michael haha! how about his backing band "The Sons Of Negus" dont sound like rastafari's to me haha.

also most producers like joe gibbs, coxsone. I guess we are only talking about the foundation musician not about dancehall artists right?
